How does it work

As an affiliate, you will receive an encoded link, that you can place anywhere on your website, in your emails or in your Google / Yahoo or MSN Adword campaigns. When your visitors follows that link, they are redirected to our site and a cookie is placed in their browser’s cache. If, within 30 days, they make a purchase, we credit you with 20% of the total net order value.

Here are some examples of how much you can earn. Our statistics so far show that on average, over 3 months a customer will purchase 11 leads.

What is the Affiliate Program?

The BMV Property Leads Affiliate Program will pay you every time someone purchases a lead package by linking to us through your site or an outgoing email. Each buyer is tracked through our tracking mechanism that uses cookies.

 

Are there any special requirements in order to become an affiliate?

Yes. You must have a valid UK bank account or a PayPal account for receiving payments from our company. There are not any technical requirements for your site, if you have one (you only have to paste a link).

 

How do I get started with the program?

There are no setup fees. Simply complete the Affiliate Application and we will contact you via email.

 

Does my existing site qualify for the program?

Anyone can apply for the program, with or without a site, although we reserve the right to decline or suspend applications based on the nature of the site promoting this service. The following sites are prohibited:

- Free Link farms and Link-Exchange Programs

- Pornographic or sites of an adult nature

- Political extremist, religious extremist or sites that are likely to offend a majority of the general public

- Sites promoting or selling illegal equipment, illegal software, literature or banned substances

We carefully choose our affiliates and do not accept everyone, as we want to build a strong and profitable relationship. We prefer investment, finance, business or property related sites; but this is not a rule.

 

How do you track members coming from my links / site?

We use cookies: when you refer a visitor to our site through a specially formatted link, we place a cookie containing your affiliate account id. This cookie, which will expire in 30 days, is recognized and processed by our order system, so that the order is associated with your affiliate account id. Visitors who cannot accept cookies cannot be tracked.

 

How much will I earn for each sale?

You will receive 20% for each sale that is referred through your site / links and tracked by our system. You will then continue to receive 5% on every future purchase this customer makes for one year. This amount is calculated before any taxes. All commissions will be paid in UK £ Sterling.

 

When and how do I get paid?

You will be paid monthly. Commissions for each month are paid on the 20th of the following month, provided you reach £50 minimum. As an example, if you earn £3,000 on February sales, you will be paid on March 20th. If your earnings are less than £50 Euros, the amount will be carried over to the next month.

When payment is due, we will tell you the exact amount and ask you for an invoice; as soon as we receive it, we will pay you by BACS or by using your PayPal account.

What happens if a chargeback occurs?

If you have already been paid for that order, the corresponding commission is subtracted from your next earnings.

 

Where will I find program links?

Your links are sent to you as soon as your application has been approved.

 

What kind of advertising is prohibited?

You cannot send unsolicited email (spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program. Affiliates who cause actual damages to our company through use of unsolicited email may become liable for liquidated damages.

 

How long will the agreement last?

Both parts (you and our company) can freely terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. Therefore if you are not satisfied you can quit at any time (and the same applies to our company).
