Do you offer a free sample?
As each lead we receive is real, verified and covered by a guarantee, we do not provide live samples (especially as one free sample could make a savvy individual £00,000s in profit!).

Do you offer a refund / guarantee if there is a problem with the lead?

How many leads do you have available?
Our system updates every 15 minutes, so this will change continually and depends on the area. Some areas naturally have more repossession cases than others.

Before ordering, please note that all our leads contain Full Homeowner Name, Verified Full Property Address, Mortgage Company / Bank and Next Hearing Date.
Our data does not contain telephone numbers, and whilst this can often be found via directory enquiries, we recommend a softer approach to contacting homeowners for the first time (preferably through direct mail).
Once you choose a package from the list below, the next screen will allow you to select the specific areas that you require your leads in. At present, our areas are divided into postal towns and major cities (e.g. Hull, Wolverhampton or West London), however from mid January 2008, you will be able to specify individual postcodes, upto the 1st level of the inward section (e.g. WC1N 3, SK6 1 or LS7 2).
