Our data is obtained through a secure xml link, enabling us to access a mortgage company’s intent to seek repossession for over 90% of mortgage lenders in the UK. All data is then profiled against the marriages, birth and deaths database, and the 2005, 2006 and 2007 electoral roll. We look for:
- Indication that homeowner upon which the repossession order is to be presented is in fact the homeowner and the owner of the property.
- Indication the homeowner can still be reached at the address we have, and they have not recently moved.
- We verify property purchase information and dates against land registry data, where this data is available to us.
Data is then cross referenced against necessary opt out data lists including the Mailing Preference Service's list and our own internal opt out list, to remove consumers who do not wish to be contacted.
We only ever sell a lead to one customer – this lead is never reused or resold, and we are not affiliates or resellers – we are the source, so we can guarantee the validity of the data we supply.

or the individual has since moved prior to their hearing
- The contact address supplied is incorrect
