No. The information we supply does not indicate what type of property it is, only the address and in some case the approximate value.
How many other people do you sell the data to?
We only ever sell a lead to one person. At this point, it's not removed, but tagged to avoid new cases for the same homeowner appearing again and potentially being sold. Whilst we can't guarantee that the homeowner will not be contacted by an investor through other means, we do guarantee that the data will not be supplied by us.
As each lead we receive is real, verified and covered by a guarantee, we do not provide free trials or live samples (especially as one free sample could make a savvy individual £00,000s in profit!). If in doubt, we urge you to read our testimonials.
Can you recommend the best method for making contact with homeowners?
Our most successful clients have found the following methods the most effective (in order of effectiveness)
1) Direct mail letter addressed personally to the homeowner offering the homeowner a no confidential discussion of their options.
2) Leaflet offering a freephone number to call in order to stop repossessions.
